we collect customer information to improve the content of our Web sites, to
enhance your on-line shopping experience and for marketing and promotional
purposes. Each time you visit our Web sites, our web server automatically

and collect customer information gathered in the course of processing sales
transactions. We do not gather personally identifying information about you
when you visit this site, unless you choose to provide such information to

product information, promotional events, or update to our Web sites. If you
supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailing from
us, including promotional offerings. If you do not wish to receive such

Kids
We do not knowingly
collect or use any personal information from children (minors younger than
13). If you are a parent and believe we may have inadvertently collected
such information from your child, please notify us immediately by sending an

Security
The Web sites make
every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it
remains private and secure. To check the security of your connection, look
at the lower left-hand comer of your browser window after accessing the
server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your
browser), then SSL is active. You can also check by looking at the URL line
of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the
site will change from "http" to "https". Some browser and firewall's do not
permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be
unable to connect to our server so you will not have to worry about
mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't

products are sold under this warranty and disclaimer
RADIO
CONTROLLED AIRPLANES, HELICOPTERS AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATED TO THEM
ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.
We accept NO
responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for
certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system
failure or pilot error.
We accept NO responsibility for improper installation of our
products.
The user shall
determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use
and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith;
this will include all items sold or distributed by E-ToysWorld.com.
User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the
manufacturer’s guidelines. E-ToysWorld.com DOES NOT accepts
responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or
accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of
any radio-controlled model. Great care shall be taken when using RC

Defected Item:
Please contact
the Customer Service Department at: support@etoysworld.com to obtain
a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective
item for a replacement. We refuse shipments that are returned back
to us without an RMA #. We reserves the right to return the defected
merchandise back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if
we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed,
abused, misused or modified in any form. We DO NOT allow exchange
defected items for different items or models.
Note: Customers must inform support@etoysworld.com of any order
discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may
investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Return &
Exchange:
We will accept
merchandise for return that was purchased from etoysworld.com within
30 days of receipt. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us.
Return or exchange must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the
order. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA
#s. All returns must (NO EXCEPTIONS) be accompanied by an RMA
number. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at support@etoysworld.com.
Finally, customers must agree to the following upon shipping a
merchandise back to us:
1)
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number. 3) We do not
responsible for lost packages.
4) We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping
costs.
5) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in
its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the
reasons for the return/exchange.
7) All returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Missing /
Received Wrong Item in Order:

upon receiving the order.
Note: Customers must inform etoysworld.com of any order discrepancy

Order:
You may change
or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging
and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot
make any changes.

Price,
specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We
are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping
charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all
services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Processing
Time:
You can expect
your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday -
Friday, 12:00AM - 5:00PM PST), provided the items are in stock and
there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not
guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on
weekends and holidays.
Backorders /
Preorders
We will never
purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically
have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be
charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will
process your order and authorize your credit card up to 10 days
before the arrival of the product. This allows us to get the product
to you faster.
Orders
containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise
will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders
will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping
charges will apply to each of the orders independently. From time to
time, etoysworld.com will offer special promotional items with
preorder/backorder. Due to limited availability, these promotions
can only be offered while supplies last. |
