Robone's ergonomically designed remote control features real, multi-speed
fast dynamic walking, running and turning. He can perform numerous
pre-programmed functions including pick-up, throw, kick, sweep, dance, fart,
belch, rap, and a variety of kung-fu moves, and carry them out in any
combination you choose. He can pick up small objects such as cups or balls with
his ribbed pronged grippers and fetch and carry them for you. He'll dance,
'high-five' you and perform karate kicks! The cheeky little fella even lets the
odd fart out - now that really is behaving like a human. Robone speaks fluent
international "grunt"
Robone is fully articulated, but what really makes him unique is his fluid
biomechanical movements and pendulum walking motion. This gives his movements a
flexibility that makes them seem almost human. He walks at two different speeds,
and can even handle 45 degree turns! When you see him automatically walk around
obstacles (thanks to sensors in his feet), you'll think he's come to life.
Robone even responds to touch and sound, as if he can feel and see you.

computer to program him, or any complex set-up at all - he's ready to roll
straight from the box, all functions handled by an ergonomic remote control
